We ship all our products to Canada and United States. If your country is not on the list, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to place an order. We use FedEx Ground for lighting and Canada Post for others e-commerce shipments. Once the pickup from our studio is booked, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please contact Designlump within 48 hours if your purchase arrives damaged. We can issue a full refund for the order once we have received the item at our studio. The product must be unassembled and in its original packaging. Everything is final sale and may not be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Trade & Wholesale Accounts
Please contact us at email@example.com directly for our full trade and wholesale line sheet. The line sheet includes product info, pricing, lead times and terms.
Our necklace carries a lead time of 1-2 weeks. Kitchen accessories and lighting carry a 6-8 week lead time. If these are unclear, please contact us directly. If your schedule requires a faster turn-around time, please contact us and Designlump will do what we can to accommodate your needs.
We will not sell, trade or otherwise give out your personal information to any third party. Unless we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
